1.         This service is only applicable for prescriptions from Tan Tock Seng Hospital /National Neuroscience Institute.

2.         Original prescription must be kept at Pharmacy before arranging for delivery. You should have at least 2 weeks supply of the medication(s) at home.

3.         As we are unable to deliver certain medications, kindly check on your eligibility with the Pharmacy counter staff at Outpatient Pharmacy, Basement 2. Terms and conditions apply. 


1.         All payments to be made by Customers via any of the options listed at the back of the tax invoice.

2.         All amounts payable by a Customer to TTSH under a Contract shall be inclusive of goods and services tax ("GST").

3.         Unless specified otherwise, all payments shall be in Singapore Dollars.


1.         Delivery of Products within the Republic of Singapore only, consists of the island or mainland of Singapore.

2.         The Customer shall ensure that only persons aged eighteen (18) years and above may take delivery of the Product(s) at the address provided by the Customer to TTSH to which the Product(s) is/are to be delivered.

3.         If a Customer fails to take delivery of Products or fails to enable TTSH to make delivery (whether by refusal or failure of the Customer to provide TTSH with any instructions, licence, authorisation or other documentation or information or to appoint a person eighteen (18) years and above to enable TTSH to deliver the Products), TTSH may attempt to make a re-delivery with additional charge at such rate(s) as may be determined by TTSH from time to time, which sum may be charged to the Customer in respect of such re-delivery and payable as a debt due within seven (7) days from the date of such re-delivery.

4.         TTSH shall not be liable for any losses, damages or expenses sustained by the Customer or any other person in consequence of any delays in the delivery of a Product if such delivery is delayed at the Customer's request or owing to the Customer's refusal or inability to take delivery of the Product by reason of a lack of reasonable access to the address or place for delivery of the Product and/or causes beyond the reasonable control of TTSH.


1.         TTSH shall not be liable for any defects in a Product unless the Customer shall, within five (5) days after delivery of the Product, have given TTSH notice, verbally or in writing, of the matters complained of.

2.         No refund or exchange is allowed after the delivery or collection of the Product(s) has been carried out.


1.         You agree not to do the following:-

1.1        Impersonate any person or entity, misrepresent any affiliation with any person or entity, falsify or delete any of the contents of the site, to create false addresses or material, whether by misappropriating the use of handles, nicknames, nicks, user-ids or otherwise;

1.2        Post any content that is defamatory, sacrilegious, offensive, unlawful, false, misleading or that harasses, threatens, harms or pose as a detriment to any person, violates his privacy or is in the nature of chain letters, pyramid schemes, spam, junk e-mail or that is otherwise objectionable;

1.3        Post any material that inhibits TTSH's administration of and use by others of the Site or that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, surreptitiously intercept any system, data or personal information or that limits the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment or do anything to undermine the security, integrity or operation of the Site and the contents.

2.         You acknowledge that the Internet is not a secure environment and that others may read, view and/or download your Postings without your knowledge.

3.         TTSH may, at any time and at its sole discretion, remove, edit, refuse to post, block access to or take some other course of action with respect to the whole or part of your Postings if TTSH has a reasonable suspicion or belief that you are in breach of these Terms and Conditions. TTSH is not obliged to determine conclusively that you are indeed in breach of these Terms and Conditions before taking any such action.


1.         All notices and other communications from TTSH to you shall be in writing and may be conducted by e-mail or telephone. Notice is deemed to be given twenty-four (24) hours after an e-mail has been sent. TTSH may also choose to communications through telephone number at 63572050. Telephone communications through Tel No: 63572050 are recorded for quality assurance purposes.

2.         Every notice or communication sent in writing shall be deemed to have been properly served and validly made, if by hand when delivered to the recipient’s address or if sent by AR Registered post, two (2) days after posting if posted to an address within Singapore and eight (8) days after posting, if posted to an address outside Singapore, notwithstanding the fact that the letter may be returned by the Post Office undelivered.


You expressly acknowledge that you have read this Agreement and understood its provisions. You further agree and acknowledge that you understand that this Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between TTSH and you with respect to the subject matter hereof and that it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous proposals, agreements, negotiations, representations, correspondence, warranties, commitments or understandings and all other communications (whether written or oral, express or implied) entered into prior to this Agreement in respect of the matters dealt with in it.


1.         This Agreement shall be deemed to be made in Singapore and shall be subjected to, governed by, interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore for every intent and purpose.

2.         You hereby agree to submit irrevocably to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the Republic of Singapore to settle any and all disputes in connection with this Agreement.

3.         The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods 1980 to this Agreement is hereby expressly excluded.


1.         Where the context so admits, words importing the singular meaning shall be deemed to include the plural meaning and vice versa, words importing the masculine gender only shall include the feminine and/or neuter genders and vice versa, and words denoting natural persons shall include bodies, corporations, joint ventures, government, governmental agencies or departments and firms or any other entity and all such words shall be construed interchangeably in that manner.

2.         The clauses, paragraph or clause headings and marginal notes herein have been inserted for ease of reference and guidance only and do not form part of this Agreement.  They shall not be deemed to define, limit, construe or describe the scope or intent of the sections or clauses hereof, nor shall they in any way affect the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions.

3.         References to clauses, schedules and annexes shall be references to Clauses of and the Schedules and Annexes to this Agreement. The Schedules and Annexes are to have effect and be construed as an integral part of, and shall be deemed to be incorporated into, this Agreement.

4.         References to statutory provisions shall be construed as references to those provisions as respectively amended, consolidated, extended or re-enacted from time to time and all statutory instruments or orders made pursuant to them.

5.         Any reference to “day” shall mean a period of twenty-four (24) hours, ending at twelve (12) midnight.

6.         If any period of time is specified from a given day, or the day of a given act or event, it is to be calculated exclusive of that day. Where expressed by reference to a person in Singapore, working day means any day other than a Saturday, a Sunday or a day on which licensed banks are authorised or required to be closed in Singapore and, where expressed by reference to the jurisdiction of a person other than Singapore, means any day other than a Saturday, a Sunday or a day on which licensed banks are authorised or required to be closed in the jurisdiction of that person, then that time limit is deemed to only expire on the next working day.

7.         References in this Agreement to anything which any Party is required to do or not to do shall include its acts, defaults and omissions, whether direct or indirect, on its own account, or for or through any other persons, and those which it permits or suffers to be done or not done by any other person.

8.         Any delay or failure on TTSH's part to take action against any breach of these Terms and Conditions by you does not constitute a waiver of any kind of TTSH's rights, now or in the future, under these Terms and Conditions.

9.         All such electronic records of any Purchase Order and any other electronic record relating to a Contract, the Site, these Terms and Conditions or any service, product or service contemplated hereunder as may be maintained by TTSH shall be conclusive evidence of the contents thereof. The Customer agrees to the admission as evidence in any court of competent jurisdiction such electronic records and further agrees not to challenge or dispute the authenticity or accuracy thereof.

10.        The Site is based in Singapore. We make no claims that the Content is appropriate or may be downloaded outside Singapore. Access to the Content may not be legal by certain persons or in certain countries. If you access the Site from any country outside Singapore, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction.
